Affiliate Program Agreement

Please read this Affiliate Program Agreement carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (the “Affiliate”) and Interviewbar (the "Company", "we", "us"). It outlines how we will work together in the context of our affiliate program, and includes important details about your participation, commissions, and other aspects of our business relationship.

1. Definitions

Affiliate Program: Refers to our affiliate program as described in this agreement.
Affiliate Lead: A potential customer who clicks on the Affiliate Link you provide.
Affiliate Link: A unique tracking link that identifies you as the affiliate referring a potential customer.
Customer: A company that subscribes to the Interviewbar platform through your Affiliate Link.
Customer Transaction: Any paid subscription made by the Customer after clicking on the Affiliate Link.
Commission: A percentage of the total value of each Customer Transaction made through the Affiliate Link.
Subscription Service: The Interviewbar platform provided on a monthly or annual basis to customers.

2. Non-Exclusivity

This agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between you and Interviewbar. Both parties are free to engage with other affiliates and businesses.

3. Affiliate Acceptance and Participation

Once you apply to become an affiliate, we will review your application. If accepted, this agreement becomes active. Interviewbar reserves the right to reject or terminate affiliates for any reason, including but not limited to, non-compliance with this agreement or other policies.

4. Customer Transactions and Commission Eligibility

Affiliate Program: Refers to our affiliate program as described in this agreement
Tracking and Eligibility: A valid Customer Transaction occurs when a customer clicks on your Affiliate Link and subscribes to our platform. All the subscriptions of each customer joined through affiliate link counts toward commission excpet.
Commission Rate: Affiliates are entitled to 10% of the total value of each qualifying Customer Transaction.
Payout Schedule: Commissions will be calculated and paid out on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s transactions. Payments will be made in INR.
Eligibility for Commission: Affiliates must comply with the terms of this agreement and any additional policies. Interviewbar reserves the right to withhold commissions for invalid or fraudulent leads.

Termination by Interviewbar: We may terminate this agreement on fifteen (15) days’ notice or immediately for cause. Reasons for termination include violation of the agreement, non-compliance with policies, fraudulent activities, or actions that negatively impact Interviewbar.
Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate this agreement with written notice.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose all rights to any commissions not yet earned. You must cease using our trademarks and remove all affiliate links and marketing materials from your website or other promotional channels.

Affiliates may use Interviewbar’s trademarks only in connection with promoting our platform through the Affiliate Program. Use of trademarks must comply with our guidelines, and we reserve the right to revoke trademark usage rights at any time.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to protect and keep confidential all non-public information shared by Interviewbar during the course of the Affiliate Program.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

We may update or modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or in-app notification. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate the agreement.
