Founder story & Mission
Founder story & Mission

Hi, I’m Anshul Raghav. Let me tell you a story—a story of necessity, exhaustion, and finally, innovation.
The Beginning: A Startup’s Dilemma
When I launched my first startup, a social networking platform, I quickly realized the importance of building the right team. I posted job openings on every platform imaginable, and the response was overwhelming—100+ candidates per role. Being a one-person army, I had to make smart decisions in limited time.
The Death Valley of Hiring
I scheduled interviews, often juggling 30 in a single day. And that’s when the cracks began to show:
No-shows wasted my precious time.
Unqualified candidates ate into meaningful slots for better fits.
Exhaustion began to take over, making me question my approach.
I needed a better way. Automation felt like the answer, so I started hunting for the perfect tool to help.
The Search for the Saviour
I tried countless tools, all promising to be the ultimate solution. But here’s where most of them fell short:
Complex Demos: Why did I need to talk to a sales team just to try the tool? If I couldn’t get started immediately, it felt like the tool itself was flawed.
Custom Designs: Most tools required me to design interviews myself. But I was hiring for diverse roles—ones where I lacked expertise. I needed a tool that could help me, not add to my workload.
Opaque Pricing: Pricing felt like a negotiation battlefield. Transparency was sorely missing.
It became clear that these tools were built for HR professionals in large companies, not for startup founders like me.
The Lazy Engineer’s Solution
After trying over 50 tools and finding none that worked for me, I decided to build my own. The goal was simple:
Automate scheduling and screening.
Identify top-performing, engaged candidates.
Make it intuitive, fast, and transparent.
After many sleepless nights and a lot of trial and error, it worked! Not only did it simplify my hiring process, but it also delivered better results than I could’ve imagined.
Sharing the Solution
When I shared the tool with fellow founders, their feedback was overwhelmingly positive. That’s when I realized: if I had struggled so much, others must be facing the same challenges.
So, I made a decision:
I turned my personal hiring assistant into a B2B tool designed to be simple, effective, and helps companies focus on building their product instead of drowning in hiring chaos.
If you’ve ever struggled with hiring, this tool is for you. It’s a labor of necessity, and now, it’s my way of giving back to the startup ecosystem.
Let’s build smarter, together.
